KAPLAN REAL ESTATE TO HANDLE LEASING OF NEW HYATT REGENCY ST. LOUIS RIVERFRONT
ST. LOUIS, Missouri. (March 17, 2008) – The Chartres Lodging Group, LLC, the San Francisco lodging investment and advisory firm that recently acquired the downtown St. Louis Adam’s Mark hotel, has selected Kaplan Real Estate of St. Louis as exclusive leasing agent for the hotel’s restaurant, lounge and retail spaces.

A planned $63-million renovation and repositioning of the property into the Hyatt Regency St. Louis Riverfront will encompass all 910 guest rooms and suites, the hotel lobby and all public and meeting spaces. Project completion is expected in 2009.

Kaplan’s efforts will be headed up by David Wright , company president, and Kent Hirschfelder , Kaplan’s director of restaurants and hospitality. Stated Hirschfelder, “We are pleased to have been selected to bring exciting new restaurant, lounge, entertainment and retail concepts to the St. Louis Hyatt Regency Riverfront.
